Not only were they incredibly polite and kind, but they also were patient while we waited a long time for the keys to our new place, and did not complain about having to move our stuff up the stairs under a pouring rain.   Fast Forward moved our flat with too much stuff to a house 40 miles away for us. The dates didn’t line up so they sorted out a week(ish) in storage too. Really good removal. Vans arrived on time and no furniture damage, including bed frames they dismantled. Friendly and helpful crew. We used their packing service, which was excellent for breakables. Other boxes had some amusingly random choices of what to pack together and a few heaps in the bottom of a box that took a bit of sorting. All three services very reasonably priced for the amount of work.
